The company retreat was attended by all managers within AA Corporation and the meeting theme focused on “Stable Development in 2009â€.
All participants gathered in order to prepare for the 2009 campaign as well as review the performance of AA Corporation in 2008. The goal of the meeting was to gather all management in hopes of creating a fertile environment for brainstorming and critical problem solving. In addition, the two days helped to establish a stronger team unity among the company’s leaders and various divisions.
