The building features 350 hotel guest rooms, 205 luxury apartments, restaurants, fitness, spa, a 820-square-meter ballroom and meeting facilities as well as a shopping center. This is Hilton Worldwide’s first property in Saigon market, developed by Saigon Cuu Long Corporation, interior design by PIA Thailand and ATA Architecture. AA Corporation has signed a contract to provide interior fit out, millwork and loose furniture for the restaurants, lounge as well as lobby for this hotel. This is AA Corporation’s second project with Hilton Worldwide, the first being Hilton Da Nang Hotel located on Bach Dang Street, Da Nang City. Hilton Saigon Hotel is expected to be open by Q3/2020.
